1. Creating your Business Account

Once you purchase your courses, a business account will be created automatically.

You'll receive an email with a login link.

Use this account to easily manage your staff and their training.

Make sure to select the correct option at checkout.

2. Creating your Learner Accounts

The business admin panel can be used to easily create learner profiles by using the create account page.

Simply enter your candidates name and contact details.

Each candidate email must be unique, you cannot share emails for multiple accounts.

Did you know?

You can also create multiple learner accounts at once by using the bulk registration page and uploading your requrements as a CSV file.

3. Adding Courses to your Learner Accounts

After entering your learner’s details, you'll be taken to the course selection page to assign courses to your team members account.

You can assign multiple courses at once using this page.

Tick the boxes next to the courses you'd like to assign, then click Submit. Your learner will receive a welcome email with a link to set their password.

Your learners can then log in to their account and begin the courses assigned to them.

4. Monitoring Progress

Use the candidates page to view the progress of your team members.

Multiple courses can be assigned to the candidate at once using this page.

Simply select which courses by ticking the box. Once complete click submit and your learner will be sent an email with their sign in details.

  • If I fail the course, can I do it again?
    Certainly. If you're unable to pass, there's no need for concern. The assessment can be retaken multiple times at no extra cost. Additionally, you have the option to go over the material again to brush up on your knowledge before attempting the assessment another time.
  • How are your courses delivered?
    Our courses are exclusively online, featuring interactive modules that include exercises to test comprehension. Upon finishing all modules, students must pass a multiple-choice test to earn their certificate. There's no rush or pressure - if a student doesn't pass initially, they can retake the test as often as needed without any additional fees. Furthermore, course materials are accessible forever, allowing you to review the contents of the course whenever needed.
  • How do I access my courses?
    Individual Candidate After purchasing a course, you will receive an email at the address you provided during the purchase. This email will contain a link to access your course. Use the "Create your password" link included in the email to set up a password for your candidate account. Once your account is set up, you can sign in by clicking the login button located at the top right corner of the Ward Education website. Alternatively, you can use the link provided in the original purchase confirmation email to directly access the login page. After logging in, you will have access to all the courses you've purchased and be able to track your progress. Training for Businesses After purchasing a course you will receive an email to the address you provided during the purchase. The email will give you a username and password to log into your business administration panel. Once you have logged into the business administration panel you will be shown what courses you have available to distribute to your employees. Use the "Create Accounts" button to the left hand side of the panel and complete the form with the details of the employee you wish to distribute the course to. You will then be given the option to allocate the courses purchased to the account created. On completion of the account creation the candidate will receive an email with their login details. After logging in, the candidate will be able to complete the courses you have allocated to them.
  • When will I receive my certificate?
    Once you have passed your course, you will have the opportunity to instantly receive an electronic PDF version of your certificate via email right after completing your course. This allows you to access and download your certificate directly from your inbox.
  • Can I buy this course for other people?
    Yes, you can purchase courses for other people. When you buy multiple courses, you’ll receive access to a dashboard that allows you to enroll others in the courses you’ve purchased. This makes it easy to manage and assign training to your team or group.
  • How do I buy training for my employees?
    Select the Desired Courses: Begin by choosing the courses you need, as well as the quantity, and add them to your basket. Proceed to Checkout: Provide your details as the order placer. Participants will have the opportunity to enter their details later. Finalize Your Purchase: After completing the purchase, check your email for instructions on how to activate and distribute the courses to your team. Please note: You cannot buy 1 copy of a course and use it for multiple participants, if you wish to train 10 members of staff in a specific course, you will need to purchase 10 copies of the course. For assistance or inquiries, please use the 'Contact Us' form on our website or email us directly at admin@wardeducation.co.uk.
  • If I order more than one course will I receive any discount?
    Certainly, our bulk discounts are automatically applied to any order comprising a mix of courses, offering you exceptional savings on larger purchases. Here's our simplified discount structure for bulk orders: For purchases of 10 or more courses, you'll receive a 10% discount. For purchases of 50 or more courses, you'll receive a 15% discount. For purchases of 100 or more courses, you'll receive a 20% discount. For purchases of 200 or more courses, you'll receive a 25% discount.
