1. Right to Cancel

If you purchase one of our online courses, you have the right to cancel your enrolment within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided you have not accessed the course content.

2. Digital Content and Loss of Cancellation Rights

Our courses are supplied as digital content.

By purchasing a course and requesting immediate access, you acknowledge that access to the course content may begin immediately after payment. Once the course has been accessed, your statutory 14-day right to cancel may be affected.

Where course content has been accessed, refund requests will be considered at our discretion and assessed on a case-by-case basis based on the information provided.

3. Refund Requests

To cancel your enrolment and request a refund, you must contact us using the relevant enquiry form available on our website.

We may request additional information in order to review your request.

4. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds may not be granted where:

• A significant portion of the course has been completed

• A certificate has been issued

• An exam has been booked or sat (where applicable)

Each case will be assessed fairly and reasonably.
